Here's the scoop.
MY STYLE | Most of my photos are taken in an intimate and relaxed setting, accompanied with natural light. Our sessions are fun and candid. Nothing too posey. I love to photograph kids being kids. I love to frame feelings and mood, the outtakes and the genuine responses. Don't worry, I will definitely guide you throughout your whole session and I'll get you comfortable in front of the camera. Simply be yourselves and focus on your love for one another.
THE BOOKING PROCESS | Once you are ready to book a photo session, the next step is to set up a place and time. When we come to an agreement, an online contract will be sent out to you via email. Once the contract is signed, half of the session fee will be due to secure your booking, and the other half will be due on the day of your photo session. Sessions are $260, plus taxes.
THE SHOOT | I will arrive a few minutes prior to our scheduled shoot time and I will be there to meet you. After we meet and greet, we will ease into the shoot. I will guide you as needed. If there are any activities that you love to do together as a family, couple or friends, let me know! We should definitely incorporate that in your shoot.
THE EDITING | By this time, I have shot hundreds of images of you and/or your loved ones. My selecting process is diligent as I only choose the images that wow. The images I deliver must meet my standards of artistic and technical merit. After selecting the best images, I will edit them in colour, as well as in black & white to my discretion.
THE DELIVERY | I promise a three week turnaround for lifestyle sessions. As soon as your photos are edited, I will upload them to an online gallery so that you can share them with your family and friends immediately. I will then mail you a USB flashdrive. You can always spoil yourselves with some products at this time too! I offer prints, foil pressed greeting cards and gorgeous albums with thick, lay flat pages.
GENERAL TIPS | Choose a location that means something to you and dress like yourselves. For outdoor shoots, the light near the end of the day is the most beautiful and favourable. For indoor shoots, an uncluttered room with a large window that welcomes in a lot of light is highly recommended.
